Md Noor Mohammad Siddique

🚀 Engineering Manager with 14+ years of experience building scalable backend systems, leading engineering teams, and delivering high-impact products across fintech, travel, and courier logistics.

💻 My core technical stack includes Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, relational databases, and distributed systems. I specialize in designing clean, maintainable architectures and guiding teams through monolithic and microservices-based transformation.

🧠 I combine system design expertise, hands-on engineering leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable technology at scale. While I currently lead engineering at a product company, I am also open to senior engineering or architecture opportunities where I can influence platform strategy and technical execution.

🌱 I am actively exploring AI and automation, especially in the areas of intelligent workflows, bot development, and fintech innovation.
